Here’s is a 7-day itinerary and a list of things to do to help you make the most of your Vietnam trip with us.

 

DAY 1: ARRIVE AT HANOI

Meet your tour guide on arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Transfer to the hotel in city center and check-in. In Hanoi, consult our travel consultant to watch the Water Puppet Show or the Four Palaces show. The rest of the day is left to relaxation.

DAY 2: EXPLORE HANOI

Half day Hanoi city tour by car. Depart from the hotel at 08:30 for a visit to Vietnam’s first university: the Temple of Literature. Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples. Just nearby is the mausoleum of, Ho Chi Minh, the historic father figure of modern Vietnam and his modest house on stilts. End up the morning with a stroll around the beautiful West Lake and its 6th century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda, the 1500-year old pagoda in Hanoi. Have lunch at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant. Around noon you will have the option for your Tour Guide to take you to any location in the Old Quarter or to your hotel. Relax at hotel for rest of the day.

DAY 3: HANOI TO HALONG BAY

Post breakfast in Hanoi, take the 3.5-hour long drive to Halong Bay. Arrive at Halong City’s jetty and complete formalities of checking in. Welcome on board! Lunch will be served to you while cruising across the bay. As evening arrives, some sightseeing, on-board exercises (contingent upon each watercraft’s agenda) or simply relax on the jetty. Towards the end of the day the pontoon sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

DAY 4: HALONG BAY TO HANOI TO HO CHI MINH CITY

Early risers can see a brilliant dawn over the spectacular karst formations at Halong Bay. Thereafter, breakfast will be served. Have an early lunch on a few water crafts while the jetty moves gradually through the mesmerizing rock formations back towards the port. Upon disembarkation, transfer to Hanoi. Take a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Received and welcomed by our driver in Ho Chi Minh Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh.

DAY 5: HO CHI MINH CITY TO CU CHI

Today morning you travel to Cu Chi District, 55km from Ho Chi Minh city, celebrated for the astounding complex of underground passages. There are in excess of 200 km of passages and tunnels, containing a primary pivot framework with numerous branches associating with underground forts, covers and different passages. Experience traditional noodle dish for your lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Saigon Opera House, Ho Chi Minh City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Central Post Office (every brilliant sight from the French provincial time frame). DAY 6: HO CHI MINH CITY TO MEKONG DELTA

Upon entry begin with a short relaxing pontoon or jetty ride on the Tien River, going by some nearby fish cultivations on the water and watch this vital conduit, the life-blood of the Mekong Delta. Stop by a neighbourhood cacao farmer’s home to see planting, gathering, maturing and drying forms before the cacao beans are sold. Proceed with your visit through rich coconut ranches and plantations on the little shady tracks, ceasing by a nearby pagoda for a short break to have a few refreshments. Mid-evening leave and transfer by road back to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 7: DEPARTURE FROM HO CHI MINH CITY

Relax before you depart from Ho Chi Minh city. Take the flight from Ho Chi Minh city to your next destination.
